Lima Fall Fiesta

Our Warm-up will be 8:30 - 8:50.

The two attached maps have 4 Y-approved lots that I was able to map out to share with your families and another public parking space available just southwest of our Y at Liberty Elementary and it is just a short walk to the Lima Y from there.

Lot 1: This is the lot that is directly connected to the Y. The Y generally prefers this to be available to members only but I am not policing that .

Lot 2-3: These are directly across from our Y. They would generally be preferred parking.

Lot 4: The is on the west side of Allen East Auto Sales and is available for parking. The Y does own this lot. I do not believe it is marked as Y parking but is available.

Lot 5: There is a small lot at the front of Liberty Elementary School that is all unmarked parking. This is available to use but it is public parking and is not managed or owned by the Y. There is a larger lot behind that but would increase the walking distance by a few minutes.

The Local VFW that is across Main St.(and east of the Y) has a large parking lot, which is not available for parking. The lot is typically locked but if it is open, they will likely tow any vehicle that is parked and does not belong there. There is some street parking around the Y but it is extremely limited.

There will be fly-over starts for all 11 & over events (10 and under swimmers will not be doing fly-over starts)

10 and under will report to Clerk of Course in the gym where they will be escorted to the pool area.

There will be a positive CHECK-IN at Clerk of Course in the gym for swimmers in the 500 event. This will close at 10 am, the day of the meet. The 500 Free event will be re-seed if needed and also the number of heats might be limited based on the timeline.

All events will be mixed-gender and some events will also combine age groups. We will still score and give awards based on gender and age groups in the meet.
