Lima Fall Fiesta

Entry fees are $20 per swimmer.

Morning session (13&over) warm-up starts at 8:30 AM. Meet starts at 9 AM.

Afternoon session (12&under) warm-up starts approximately at 1:00 PM and meet starts approximaly at 1:30 PM.

There will be clerk of course for ALL 10&under.

Both sessions will have Fly-over starts.

This meet is split into 2 sessions this year: 13 & Older in the morning, 12 & Under in the afternoon. 

10 and under will report to Clerk of Course in gym where they will be escorted to the pool area.

There will be a positive CHECK-IN at Clerk of Course in gym for swimmers in the 500 event. This will close at 9:00am for the morning session and 1:30pm for the afternoon sessions, the day of the meet. We will re-seed this event if needed.

13 & Older 500's: Will accept the fastest 24 swimmers or a time limit of  9:00.

11-12 500's: Top 24 fastest or time limit of 10:00.

No 500 swim ups (10& Under swimmers will not be entered, no exceptions).

All events will be mixed gender and some events will also combine age-groups. We will still score and give awards based on gender and age groups in the meet.

Estimated Session Timeline(s)

This will be our first-year splitting into 2 sessions. The morning session will begin at 9:00am with an expected end time around 12:00pm. Morning warmups will likely start around 7:30am, pending the # of swimmers and teams entered.

The afternoon sessions has an expected start time of 1:30pm and an expected end time around 6:45pm. Warmups would likely start around 12:15pm for the afternoon session. More details on warmups will be available once we have received all teams entries.
