Personalized Caps Fundraiser

Does your swimmer need an extra swim cap? Would you like it personalized? We have had some parents express interest in purchasing an extra silicone swim team cap for their swimmer, so here is your opportunity. This is OPTIONAL and a FUNDRAISER for our team. It is NOT required. Please fill out the form below if you are interested in purchasing an extra cap. Remember - your swimmer will be receiving ONE (not personalized) swim team cap for free as we get closer to the first meet of the season. This fundraiser is for those who would like to purchase an extra silicone swim cap and/or have a personalized silicone swim cap. Please note - if you want your swim cap personalized, you must order at least TWO caps with SAME name. Team Caps = $10 (each) Personalized Caps = $15 (each). Team caps are non-refundable, so payment must be made before order will be placed. Payment can be made via check (made out to DAYS Swimming), cash, or Vemno. ORDERS and PAYMENT are due MAY 21st!
